Exact and Partial match domains can rank easier than others, yet they have shortcomings… Particularly, when it comes to penalization potential and ease of getting outreach links and flipping.

Branded domains are the opposite. They rank slower, but can get outreach links easier and flip easier.

Yes, cannibalization can happen between a category and a page. Noindexing your category page usually puts a to stop this.

I am trying to create 3 supporting articles for a main page I want to rank for (internal link building).

I have “example.com/swimming-lessons” that I want it to rank. So I created 3 supporting articles for this page with a mix of target keywords and synonym keywords and added hyperlinks to these keywords to link to “example.com/swimming-lessons”.

1. Can I use anchor texts in these 3 supporting articles such as “home swimming lessons”, “affordable swimming classes”, “private swimming lessons”?

2. Can I use the same keyword “swimming lessons” as an anchor text in one of the supporting articles, even tho it is used in the contents of the main page “example.com/swimming-lessons” ?

Usually 1-3.

Like for a website retheme on an aged, auction domain? Honestly, I don’t wait much at all. There’s a sandbox while Google is figuring out what the new site’s theme is, but its not link-related.

I will use these points to my niche, I think it will be good.

Question: A little unrelated, but I wanted to ask you on how long do you wait to build links to an auction domain? I know Charles mentioned there’s some sort of a mini sandbox with auction domains, however, I just don’t remember how long he said it was.

Having a site thats stuck, with 30 links to internal pages and only 6 to the homepage, I am definitely going to focus on getting those to 50/50!

I have a question? What I learn from video and the post is that having backlinks and internal link on the page is the thing which passes the real value. So the question is how did you increased the page level authority of your guest post or links you get from other pages? Although you wrote the content that ranks in google but still there is no backlinks on that page. Just want to clear the confusion can grasp the complete process and concept.
